Great hotel. Amazing breakfast choices, and loved all the little things throughout the day like the free yoghurt drinks and ice cream. The staff was very nice and helpful. The rooms were clean and the beds were good. There were so many little details in the room that made the stay really comfortable, like the pajamas & slippers, the deodorizing spray that I used on my jacket after going out to a bar in the evening, the free water they kept providing in the fridge, ... Best of all of course was the onsen to relax sore muscles in every night after running through town. It had an indoor and outdoor part, a sauna, and a cold plunge. They were fine with a small tattoo as long as it is covered with a sticker in the onsen area (which they provided). Free washing machine was good to have too. The location of the hotel is super convenient with several different subway line stops that are less than 10 minutes walk away. Centrally located you can reach the different parts of Tokyo to visit quickly and easily. Transfer from airport via train and subway was easy too, even with a big suitcase.

Staff: A. Were friendly as to be expected, held our bags after we checked out because our flight was a bit later and we wanted to explore and shop a bit more. Location: A++. Steps away from Ginza line subway and a short walk to Akihabara Station JR. 7-11 located on the bottom of hotel as well so just love the location Room: B. As to be expected for a Japanese room, actually average to above average in size in those terms but a bit small for more than 2 people. We had a child with us Food: A-. This property is a sister company of the Onyado No-No that we stayed at the other year in Kyoto. Same concept in terms of ofuro, ramen at night, breakfast, and ice cream treets but this place didn’t have the raw fish option for breakfast but I still chowed down on the tempura.

Always love staying at Dormy Inns. Love the indoor and outdoor onsens, and love how they have a cold bath too to cool off in after sitting in the hot water. Love the free Yakults in the morning and ice creams at night. There was also free ramen late at night available, though I was never awake that late. The hotel is right next to an entrance for the Ginza line which was super convenient. Keep in mind though that that entrance/exit is only open until 9pm. It opens as 7am and closes at 9pm, so you'll have to use a different entrance/exit for the line outside of those hours. The hotel also arranged luggage forwarding for us easily for the next hotel. Staff were all very nice and helpful.

Loved all the little freebies that Dormy had to offer including: Nightly ramen, ice cream, Bath/Sauna, and the Yakults. Staff were all polite and helpful. We had luggage as well as an order of products shipped here and they were able to accommodate. We asked for a taxi and although it wasn't available, the staff member tried her best. We did have multiple luggage however so they likely ran out of SUV sized vehicles. We ended up taking UBER to the airport. We opted to skip breakfast as 7-11 was downstairs and we just wanted a quick bite. Overall, we had an excellent stay and would highly recommend it to all guests. The internet was always stable.

Location of hotel just steps away from elevator serviced exit 6 of Kanda Sta - Ginza Line Metro. Exit 6 closes early at approximately 7p on weekdays and 9p on weekends. Kanda Station also has JR service. In addition, the hotel is easy walking distance to Awajicho Metro, Ogawamachi Subway and Akihabara Stations so access to a wide range of Lines of transportation is extremely convenient. 7-11 is adjacent to hotel at street level and Family Mart a few hundred feet away. There are many dining options in the neighborhood including a yokocho on the street behind the hotel.
